Anxiety is an acute or sudden build up of stress in the body that the brain cannot make sense of. Some of the most common causes of anxiety are chemicals or toxins in the body, dehydration of the fascia which causes a torquing and winding of the body especially the rib cage as well as the neck and shoulders. When the ribs that are directly below the trapezius muscles at the neck are placed into tension or torqued this causes an immediate reaction from anxiety to panic. There are many other issues that can contribute to the feelings of anxiety and we have found that with proper hydration and mineralization and resetting the stress of the body at least 2x per day that the feelings of anxiety will go away or reduce over a 10 day period. Supplements like PowerCurc30 and Diatomaceous Earth have an immediate impact on the feelings of anxiousness and in the meanwhile you are doing other work in your body to reduce those stress levels.

Here is the starting routine, which includes the organ reset, the vagus nerve reset. Complete these at least 2 times per day and reduce to 1 x per day as anxiety drops.

This is a series of routines that takes approximately 30 to 35 minutes to complete, especially once you become accustomed to them. I alternate these routines with my other daily routines and incorporate a few additional self-care techniques as well.
