Plantar Fasciitis is a tricky diagnosis because it simply tells you that plantar, your foot, has fasciitis, which is annoyed Fascia.

It may come from many different places but primarily we feel that the most common causes are meridian pathways that are blocked in some way.

The most common appearance of this in our practice has been the inside of the heel which correlates to kidney and liver. Chronic fear and anger.

Back of heel up the achilles correlates to bladder is fear, which is jealousy, suspicion and inability to let go of grudges.

Outside of the heel which is correlated to gallbladder anger, frustration, or depressive thoughts.

If any of these emotions are triggered then this is something to focus on as a part of resolving the issue.

Inflammation and hydration support combined with movement of the tissue is the most powerful way to support the release and healing of this condition.

We recommend the foundation bundle of supplements on our website. If you’re not able to purchase, always let us know and we will offer up some other suggestions.
