Food-grade diatomaceous earth, specifically, is made up of the fossilized remains of diatoms, which are a type of micro-organism found in waterways around the world. We used blood, urine, and hair follicle testing on over 50,000 people from around the world. We found everyone had high concentrations of barium, strontium, and aluminum with a deficiency in silica. Diatomaceous Earth Dosage

You can consume silica in a few forms, but the most powerful is diatomaceous earth. This powder can be consumed with water, a smoothie, food, or in capsule form. When we began taking it, we could only find it in powder form, which made it difficult to take every day, and some people didn't like its chalky texture.
