Acid Reflux & Gerd
Edited

Typically Acid Reflux is due to too little acid in the stomach causing the lower Esophageal Sphincter not to close and the leakage of acid into the esophagus as well as due to compression and tension in the stomach and or the gallbladder. Another contributing factor to acid reflex is contraction around the stomach, gallbladder and liver and diaphragm. When the fascia is dehydrated or contracted around these areas, the stomach properly perform and if there’s compression can push acid back up the esophagus. Also, compression on the gallbladder can reduce the amount of acid that’s pumped into the stomach causing an overreaction by the stomach.
